靠"小鱼吃大鱼"奠定娃哈哈的发展基础

1991年在杭州市政府的支持下，仅有100多名员工但却有着6000多万元银行存款的娃哈哈营养食品厂，毅然以8000万元的代价有偿兼并了有6万多平方米厂房、2000多名员工，并已资不抵债的全国罐头生产骨干企业之一的杭州罐头食品厂，组建成立了杭州娃哈哈集团公司。从此娃哈哈逐步开始步入规模经营之路。
