东航集体返航事件续官网上第三次向公众道歉

    东航第三次向公众道歉

    东航17日在官方网站上发布声明称，此次事件暴露了他们在管理上存在的问题，教训十分深刻。对于此次事件给社会造成的不良影响、给旅客带来的诸多不便，东航“再次表示深深的歉意，对涉及旅客权益的问题将予以妥善处理。”

    这是东航在集体返航事件后的第三次道歉了，第一次是在集体返航发生后，东航对延误的乘客表示道歉，但当时坚持是“天气原因”；第二次是迫于公众压力，改口集体返航的原因是“人为因素”，对公众表示道歉。
