张跃：中国应促进与发达国家的碳交易

2008年4月11日-13日，博鳌亚洲论坛2008年年会在海南博鳌召开，本届年会的主题为“绿色亚洲：在变革中实现共赢”。13日上午，“气候变化：改变我们的生活、改变我们的经济”分论坛在博鳌国际会议中心举行。会议期间，远大空调有限公司总裁张跃称，中国应促进与发达国家的碳交易。

我觉得其实现在欧盟包括日本都在向发达国家做碳交易。好像现在中国向欧盟购买是15欧元一千公斤。我觉得其实最重要是公众教育，比方说我们要知道把一一盏灯泡由荧光灯泡变成飞利浦的白炽灯泡。然后又换算成树，这个是最重要的。我刚刚在这里算我就发现，这个蛮厉害，差不多有四棵树。就是一只四十几万的白炽灯把它换成80多瓦的荧光灯，就相当于一年要种五棵树，这是很难种，而且它可以看到环境的价值，吸收二氧化碳的价值。
