工商局:食品兴奋剂检测类别确定

    昨天，市工商局召开工作会。局长张志宽透露，奥运食品兴奋剂检测的类别已经确定。

    张志宽说，目前，奥运食品安全标准、可追溯体系正在制定和建立中，奥运食品实验室检测体系的构架已初步搭建；奥运食品兴奋剂检测的类别已确定。

    此外，今年还将开发加载电子标签，试行全程追溯。张志宽说，奥运食品上加贴的电子标签将比普通商品的条形码更为先进，除了有防伪的功能外，只要扫描一下，就能够读取商品从产地到销售终端的所有信息，实现全程追溯。
