专家呼吁抢救"京商"文化已成重要非物质文化遗产

同仁堂、全聚德、砂锅居……一家家老字号企业从古至今的发展变迁也在悄悄见证着“京商”的历史。当晋商、徽商的名号名扬海内外之时，有着850多年历史的京商文化却还不为人所熟知。在日前召开的第二届京商学术论坛上，多位商业经济学家大力呼吁为京商“正名”。

据市商务局负责人介绍，京商中的老字号企业已经成为了重要的非物质文化遗产，如同仁堂的医药文化、景泰蓝的工艺等都被列入了第一批国家非物质文化遗产目录。“京商文化精髓应该得到更好的抢救和挖掘。”据介绍，有关京商文化的专项研究课题目前已列入北京市教委重点课题。
