为了进一步减少汽车尾气对大气的污染，北京市提倡市民骑自行车出行，启动了公共单车推广活动。

据了解，租车目前按照贵宾卡和计时卡两种服务品种收费。贵宾卡包括押金400元和全年服务费100元，持卡市民可从城里任一网点租赁自行车，使用过后在最近的网点存放。而计时卡在交纳400元押金并预交服务费后，将按每小时5元收取费用。计时卡无法实现异地存取，只为顾客提供短时服务。车辆在自行保管过程中如果遗失，400元押金将被扣除。
