资源税调整通知

    财政部国家税务总局

    关于调整铅锌矿石等税目资源税适用税额标准的通知

    各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局)、地方税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财务局：

    根据铅锌矿石、铜矿石和钨矿石的市场价格以及生产经营情况，为进一步促进其合理开发利用，经研究决定，自2007年8月1日起，对上述三种矿产品资源税适用税额标准作如下调整：

    一、铅锌矿石单位税额标准：一等矿山调整为每吨20元；二等矿山调整为每吨18元；三等矿山调整为每吨1 6元；四等矿山调整为每吨13元；五等矿山调整为每吨10元。

    二、铜矿石单位税额标准：一等矿山调整为每吨7元；二等矿山调整为每吨6.5元；三等矿山调整为每吨6元；四等矿山调整为每吨5.5元；五等矿山调整为每吨5元。

    三、钨矿石单位税额标准：三等矿山调整为每吨9元；四等矿山调整为每吨8元；五等矿山调整为每吨7元。
