[主持人]有网友问，7月1日对2831项商品实行出口退税调整后，对国内涉及出口退税的企业产生哪些影响？

[王晓华]因为这次出口退税的调整只有减法，没有加法，所以对此次调整涉及到的出口企业总体来看，出口成本会有所增加，但是因为我们采取的是“有保有压、区别对待”的原则，所以具体到不同类型的企业，受影响的程度有所不同。比如对一些竞争力比较强的企业，出口产品时，这些企业在谈判过程当中通过调整合同定价转移一部分成本，从而降低出口退税调整的影响。而对依靠简单的价格竞争，靠退税款维持利润水平的小企业来说，影响会比较大一些。
