贫困农村居民有望于年末纳入最低生活保障体系

    贫困农村居民有望于年末全部纳入最低生活保障体系

    民政部副部长李立国31日接受中国政府网访谈时表示，从现在31个省区市已经普遍建立农村最低生活保障制度的情况来看，把贫困农村居民全部纳入农村最低生活保障体系，在今年年末有望实现。

    李立国说，全国建立农村低保制度的目标，就是要把所有符合条件的贫困农村居民全部纳入到最低生活保障之中来，稳定、持续、有效地解决农村贫困人口的最低生活保障。

    “我们要求，年内要把农村低保资金发放到户，使贫困居民享受这项制度的成果，共享改革发展成果。”李立国说。

    李立国表示，发达地方和欠发达地方，是否有钱来搞农村低保，涉及到财政收入水平，更涉及到财政支出结构，关键是要把财政收入尽可能地向保证和改善基本民生倾斜。
