宜昌市民政局:7.7万人享受农村低保

    人均补助30.5元超过全省人均标准

    昨日，记者从宜昌市民政局获悉：宜昌市77343名农村低保对象月人平补助30.5元，超过省政府规定的月人平补助30元的标准。目前，农村低保补助对象及补助资金计划表已送财政部门，699.7万元农村低保资金正在通过代发银行或邮局直达个人帐户。

    据悉，截至6月底，我市共有农村低保对象34022户77343人，占农业人口的2.76%，月人平补助30.5元，其中一类对象3675户5990人，占农村低保对象的7.8%，月人平补助74元，二类对象13729户30506人，占农村低保对象的39.7%，月人平补助34.5元，三类对象16618户40847人，占农村低保对象的52.5%，月人平补助22.4元。

    据介绍，2006年，我市西陵区、伍家岗区、猇亭区全面建立和实施了农村低保制度。今年元月，宜都市全面建立和实施了农村低保制度，其他县市区在6月底前全面建立和实施了农村低保制度，目前已全部完成审核审批发证工作，从第三季度开始通过社会化发放直达个人帐户。(三峡商报)
