新疆兵团农九师一六四团林权改革促发展

2007年，农九师一六四团调整林业产业发展思路，出台政策，积极扶持个人对团场“三荒”地(荒山、荒滩、荒沟)进行承包，开垦种植林木，明确“个人开耕，费用自理，产权归已”，同时，团场在林木种苗供应上提供优惠价格，团林业工作站对承包户在科学种植、病虫害防治等方面提供及时的技术服务，极大地调动了个人承包“三荒”植树造林的热情，今春，该团个人承包“三荒”造林面积530亩，其中营造用材防护兼用林480亩，各类果树50亩。
