“摘黑帽”成绩越大　“一把手”获奖越多

记者今日从省环保局获悉，今后如果我省的带着污染“重帽”的城市，在“摘帽”过程中成绩突出，当地政府“一把手”和环保部门的负责人将受到省政府的重奖。

从今年开始，如果能摘掉全国重点污染城市排名倒数前5名的“黑帽子”，将奖励100万元；摘掉倒数前10名“黑帽子”的，奖励200万元。另外，在排名中前移5位奖励100万元，前移10位奖励200万元。对“摘帽子”城市实施重奖，并将奖金落实到个人在我省还是首次。
