我国高技术产业水平提高产品占全球比重超10%

    今天国新办举行的新闻发布会上提供的材料显示，中国高技术产业对外开放不断扩大，国际化水平显著提高。

    材料称，国际高技术制造业加速向国内转移，利用外资的规模和水平进一步提升。目前，跨国公司在我国设立了上千家研发机构，集成电路等技术密集型产业国际化发展成效明显。骨干企业“走出去”迈出坚实步伐。2002-2006年，高技术产品出口额年均增长43%，占全球的比重已超过10%。计算机、移动通信手机、抗生素、疫苗等产品的产量位居世界第一，我国已成为全球高技术产品的重要生产基地。

    党的十六大以来，中国高技术产业紧紧抓住国际产业转移的有利时机，通过着力营造发展环境，扩大国际合作，大力推进产业化，得到迅速发展，取得了举世瞩目的成就。目前产业规模跃居世界第二，出口总额跻身世界前两位，步入新的发展阶段。
