中华老字号-老四川酒楼(图)

老四川大酒楼创办于20世纪30年代初，目前是重庆市仅有的两家由国家命名为“中华老字号”的餐饮企业之一。如今老四川已发展为以牛肉“三汤三肉”为特色，川、粤结合的综合性酒楼，辖会仙楼总店，加州直营店和杨家坪直营店。

老四川原设于重庆市八一路，是由钟易凤，严文治夫妇创办的小食摊。以经营“灯影牛肉”为特色。抗战时期，上海《新民晚报》记者吃了灯影牛肉后，称所制作的牛肉菜品“香浓叶醇、利口醒胃，最能代表川味神韵”，并建议以“老四川”为牌名，于是钟易凤夫妇便弃摊建店，取名为“老四川”。1970年与粤香村合并，改称“粤香村”，1985年恢复原名，以经营牛肉制品，并以其麻辣鲜香为特色。

“老四川”以“三汤三肉”为特色，其中精毛牛肉、灯影牛肉、白汁牛肚荣膺“金鼎奖”，枸杞牛尾汤、沙参牛鞭汤、清炖牛肉汤曾多次获“中国名菜”称号。
