中国07年收缴盗版制品7569万件打击网络侵权

国新办4月17日举行新闻发布会，国家知识产权局新闻发言人尹新天，国家工商行政管理总局商标局副局长范汉云，国家版权局版权管理司副司长许超介绍2007年中国知识产权保护状况等方面情况,并答记者问。

中国网记者从发布会现场获悉，在版权方面，2007年，《中华人民共和国著作权法》第二次修改工作正式启动。国家版权局联合相关部门深入开展版权行政执法，加大打击软件侵权盗版力度,开展打击网络侵权盗版专项行动。2007年全国各级版权行政管理部门共检查经营单位548,646家，取缔违法经营单位13,170家，查获地下窝点1,224个，行政处罚9,816起，移送司法机关案件268件。收缴盗版制品数量为7,569万余件,其中查缴的盗版图书1,121万余册，盗版期刊1,843万余册，盗版音像制品5,249万余盘，盗版电子出版物207万余盘，盗版软件300万余张，其他各类盗版品505万余件。
