07年海关查获涉嫌侵犯知识产权货物案值4.38亿

国新办4月17日举行新闻发布会，国家知识产权局新闻发言人尹新天，国家工商行政管理总局商标局副局长范汉云，国家版权局版权管理司副司长许超介绍2007年中国知识产权保护状况等方面情况,并答记者问。

中国网记者从发布会现场获悉，在海关方面，2007年，中国海关在完善规章制度、强化行政执法的力度等方面取得了显著成效。11月上旬，海关总署发出了《关于加强知识产权海关保护工作的意见》，对中国海关知识产权保护工作进行了全面部署。2007年，海关总署共核准知识产权海关保护备案2,267件，比上年同期增长38.7%；全国海关共查获各类进出口涉嫌侵犯知识产权货物7,467票，涉案货值4.38亿元。
