打造“珠三角东部物流中心”

围绕"4510"商贸物流工程建设目标，按照"发展大商贸、培育大市场、促进大流通"的思路，加大重点专业市场和大型商贸中心建设力度，形成"布局合理、功能匹配、特色鲜明、集聚升级、物畅其流"的大市场群，培育10个交易额超10亿元的大型物流基地，到"十一五"期末把惠城建成珠三角东部具有人流、物流、商品流、资金流、信息流五大优势的物流中心，物流企业超过1000家，从业人员达到3万人。
