傅成玉：中国的能源低价政策不会长期持续

针对与会国外嘉宾所说中国油价、水价、电价都相对便宜的问题，傅成玉表示，能源政策不仅与环境和能源效率有关，还跟国内的通货膨胀、人民水平密切相关，尤其中国还有一大批特别贫困的阶层。所以，中国政府不仅要考虑能源效率的问题，更要考虑能源安全的问题。

傅成玉同时表示，目前的通货膨胀、低收入人群和失业人群众多的问题并不会长期存在，因此能源低价政策在中国应该是个阶段性的问题，不会是一个长久的政策。
