鸭下一郎：环境保护治理应关注高排放行业

2008年4月11日-13日，博鳌亚洲论坛2008年年会在海南博鳌召开，本届年会的主题为“绿色亚洲：在变革中实现共赢”。13日上午，“气候变化：改变我们的生活、改变我们的经济”分论坛在博鳌国际会议中心举行。日本环境大臣鸭下一郎在会议上强调，环境保护治理应关注高排放行业。

在日本，在巴黎会议之后，因为我们的首相所体现出的领导能力，我们现在更加改变了我们的环境的关注因素。我们对这些环境的关键因素一直是非常关注的，我们现在要朝着哥本哈根的会议方向发展，我们要提出国家的总体目标，同时我们也考虑到行业的方法的问题，比如说钢铁制造、水泥制造，所有的这些产业部门和行业，他们都是二氧化碳的排放企业，我们要考虑到行业的因素，看看我们全球能够达成什么样的共识来减少这些行业的排放。不仅仅只是日本，世界上所有的国家都应该关注钢铁，还有其他的高排放行业的问题。
