火锅底料怎么硬如砖工商人员揭秘：添加了石蜡

    昨日，武汉黄陂区工商执法人员端掉了藏于民宅内的一个火锅底料黑作坊，也揭开了有些“火锅底料”硬得像砖头的秘密。

    窝点位于该区罗汉寺街合丰集一民宅，执法人员撞开大门后发现，各种品牌的“重庆火锅底料”不少，气温虽然不低，但底料成品也硬得像砖头。

    进一步检查发现，该作坊存放有大量石蜡。最后店老板不得不交代，一般人认为底料越硬牛油越多，于是他在底料中掺入了石蜡以增加硬度。

    据介绍，工业石蜡在高温下会分解多烷烃等致癌物，是禁止作为食品添加剂的。工商部门暂扣窝点内200公斤成品及假冒“重庆三五”等11万个品牌包装袋后，正对产品流向作进一步调查。
