    擅入未开放遗址最高罚款达10万

    据新华社电为保护未开放遗址，新疆近日出台文物保护新办法，对擅自进入未开放遗址的行为实施重罚，最高罚款可达10万元。

    据介绍，近年来，部分打着“旅游探险”名义的团组和人员频繁进入楼兰、尼雅等一些未开放的遗址，给这些生态环境脆弱的遗址又添人为破坏。为此新疆出台了这项规定。

    免使环境受污染开始全面“禁白”

    据新华社电为加强环境保护，实现旅游可持续发展，庐山日前出台环保新措施，全面禁止使用不可降解的塑料制品和含磷洗涤剂，防止白色污染。

    根据新规定，在庐山农贸市场、各景区景点商业网点以及宾馆饭店等餐饮行业，将全面禁止销售或使用一次性塑料餐具、塑料包装袋等不可降解的塑料制品和含磷洗涤剂。同时，庐山还倡导使用纸袋、布袋、菜篮等环保材料代替塑料包装袋。
